Why are we slowing down our production?
We want to take the time to improve our recipes, partnerships, and
operations to give you the best meals possible! Meaning better innovation, at
the quality you know and love. Great things take time, so we appreciate your
patience and understanding while we work through this era of Made Foods.
When will the change take effect?
Your last available delivery date is December 18th, 2025. All final orders must be placed by December 15th, 2025 at noon. All subscriptions will be cancelled after December 15th, 2025.
What happens to my current subscription?
If you currently get delivery on Thursday, your last available day for fulfilment and delivery is December 18th, 2025. If you get your subscriptions on a Sunday or a Monday, your last delivery date is December 14th or 15th, 2025. You can cancel or edit your subscription at any time in your customer portal. All active subscriptions will be cancelled after the final order is delivered, and we will not reactivate your subscription once we come back.
Can I still order meals online?
You are still welcome to order until December 15th, 2025! Stock up one last time on all your favourites.
Will you offer meals through other channels?
Grab your favourite Brownies through northsea.ca, delivered straight to your door! You might be able to find our meals through our wholesale partners in Alberta as well as look out for our products in Ontario.
Are gift cards still valid?
Your Made Foods Gift Cards will be valid until our last order day, December 15th 2025 at noon. Afterwards, please reach out to info@madefoods.ca to get started on converting your gift card balance to North Sea Fish & Farms.
What happens to my upcoming meal order?
If you’ve already placed an order it will be delivered as scheduled unless we notify you otherwise. If anything changes, you’ll hear from us directly.
