About our Certified Nutritional Consultant

The Certified Nutritional Consultant at Made Foods, Jenn Hruby, received her education at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and holds a C.H.N designation. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners and holds a designation of N.N.C.P. In 2011, she co-authored and published the book ‘Easy Fit’, enlightening people to make small changes to sustain a healthy lifestyle and focusing on rotation and variety to avoid nutritional deficiencies.

Jenn’s knowledge of supplementation comes from her experience working with other health professionals and health food stores. She has also studied herbology and has worked for a company selling herbs for many years. Jenn continues educating herself through webinars, podcasts, research and regularly reading books. She has focused educating people through many workshops, one-on-one consultations, trades shows and public speaking.

She is very passionate about seasonal whole food; she believes there is a purpose to every food we obtain from our local farmers each season. She devotes herself as a health educator empowering people to lead healthy lifestyles and finding the beauty in food and eating a colourful plate.
